We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to our customers with precision and care. You will also engage with customers, take orders, handle transactions, and ensure that each guest receives excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions
Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment with precision and safety
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the service area, equipment, and seating areas
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso drinks
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
